Return Policy

If you’re not completely satisfied with a Lounge Lily purchase, we will make it as convenient as possible for you to return it.

We will accept unworn merchandise with a receipt and the original tags attached within 30 days of purchase. We will issue your refund in the same form of payment in which your order was processed. Please remember, the processing of your refund may take up to five business days.

Please ship your package with a carrier that will provide tracking. Lounge Lily cannot be responsible for any returned merchandise lost or damaged without proof of tracking.

 

Before you return your item please call us at 925-788-4926 to obtain and authorization and return address.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you have received a damaged or defective item in transit, save the original packaging, and contact our Customer Service Department prior to returning it at 925-788-4926.
